The group aims at:
1) Breaking isolation, providing a place where people come from similar experiences and can talk in a climate of shared understanding.
2) Fuel improvement and encourage exchange of things we've learned along the way: beliefs, techniques, scientific facts.
3) Get practical, through exercises and by being a supportive starting point for social activities (concerts, movies, parties, ...) and expanding one's own social network.
The group is free, non-profit and volunteer-driven.
