What that means is there is power in a group, power in knowing that you are not alone, power in hearing others, power in managing emotions with the support of others who understand. The following groups are currently being offered. "Relationships, dealing with a cheating partner," Parenting, dealing with the substance abuse family member" a …

This group is located in the Inland Empire and is for anyone struggling with anxiety and depression looking for a support group. I personally have dealt with both of these for the last few years. I would like people to feel comfortable in this group sharing their triumphs and struggles and to know that they are not alone. Through sharing in a group it builds confidence and gives us the opportunity to share ideas to help each other. Right now the meeting location is still to be determined.

My name is Kevin, I am 28 and I suffer from Social Anxiety Disorder. It has been a constant struggle for me to meet new friends and I thought it would be cool to try and interact with people who suffer from the same aliments as I do. My hope is that a group can be formed where we not only talk about the issues we have, but also form friendships and have social gatherings in a fun, non-judgmental atmosphere.
